i can fly! at least, i think i can

So, in the past month or so, I've gained a lot of new friends via memes. Yay! I also noticed, a lot of new people sneaking onto my friends list. Which is great. But I want to be friends with you, too! So now's your chance to come out of the woodwork and introduce yourself (if you like, and include your best fandom it helps me sort) and I'll friend you back.

So, I've been trying to think of what I could say that would really introduce you to me. And I ain't got much. I'm a bit of a...private person. Perhaps that's not the right word but I'll use it anyway. On this journal you can find every one of my kinks. I post fics, icons, reviews, ramblings, vids, recs, and so on and so on...basically, this LJ is all fandom 99% of the time.

I don't share my real name because it's unusual and you'd only have to type it into Google and find me. *hides* So in a story I love to tell, some XF fangirls were debating what to call me (led by motorwill) and they decided on Lucy (it was that or Lube, LOL). So, feel free to direct all posts to that name. I find myself answering to it in RL too, now. *facepalm* It's a lovely nickname.

I will however randomly bitch about some RL aspect or comment on something I find interesting in the news or religion or philosophy. I am anal retentive. I have a love of polls. And clothes. And flyboys. And porn. *coff*

I go to school (university level). I work. I am a busy girl. siberian_skys is often scolding me for either not doing my homework, or writing my fics. *guilty as charged*

I have several WIPs that are currently not being worked on. BUT I HAVE NOT ABANDONED THEM. Any chance I get, I try to think on them. It's more a case of multiple fandoms, RL, and writer's block that keeps them from being finished. I'm also working on sgabigbang. So please, feel free to kick me in the butt from time to time because it's at a dismal point right now. (Oh, and if you want on my BigBang filter, tell me here.)

I pay attention to WAY TOO MANY fandoms. All can be found in the lovely icons in my userinfo. While I mainly read (and write) slash, I love me some het pairings too. And I usually only hate the characters you're supposed to hate and sometimes even them I like. So while I allow freedom of opinion/speech/expression on my LJ, try to keep the character bashing to a minimum? I've never had a problem and I trust you all.

And speaking of freedom of speech, I mean it! So the times when I post about politicians or religion or fandom, don't be afraid to dissent! I might not agree, but I am all ears.

And just for bitter_crimson, my first fandom was The X-Files. Hence, my LJ name and pen name MF Luder. *G*
