MST3K is a show that does reviews on sci-fi shows and such. But they always make fun of them--it's about the funniest thing you've ever seen.

Ha. It was really...funny! "the bicycle gifting man!" and "now, we are nto from here, we are from Madrid!" Hah. ANd indeed, Mulder sometimes drops his voice to such a drone, that you want to slap him to speak up. I wish they did more of this..."reviewing".

Actually, it made me think again how...seriously we sometimes take the shows, that we lack...a good laugh about them. That often we just squee at the actors etc, but really, there are quite a few drawbacks that we overlook and plotholes and such that really really...need a good laugh. :)

Yes. I totally agree. It's also why I usually seperate my show from my fandom. It's interesting to me how sometimes fandom, which is supposed to be and perhaps less serious, ends up being more serious.

Fandoms, earlier or later all become...like a court. There are fractions, intrigues, drama queens, favourties, trolls...;) And then they fall, like all empires...

Well, I agree that it's the way of many things, but fandom is the first "community" where it happens and we never know how the people look like! And you never know what to expect when you friend someone new...
