end of year update

Hello! I've been absent again, mostly busy with work (holiday season being the worst) and writing stories for various holiday exchanges (which I still can't reveal yet, hold on a little longer!)

But it's almost January so I want to wish anyone still following along with my rare posts a merry (belated) Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and just a fucking happy new year regardless of anything else. I still don't make resolutions, but 2020 is a big year, the end of a decade, a huge election year in the US, and I hope finally the year I start writing some of my OCs.

So cross your fingers for me and to all of you, I raise a glass that your new year is better than the last!

And finally, looking forward to another year of snowflake_challenge!

I'm fine. Mostly tired, working. And spending time with friends in between work. I've been working on some fics and trying to make some progress on an original story.

How are you?

I'm okay, too. Tired as well. Hours are still sucking at work. I have gotten some writing done and a little reading. I've been doing the snowflake_challenge, which is about to end in the next couple of days. I'm going to miss it until next year. I did join a couple of new communities, so that's nice. I've also been experimenting with crafting since I need some stimulation.
