Ok, once more I leave you all for the weekend. Another four days without my computer. *sighs* I'm leaving in the morning and I'll be back Sunday evening. So, wonderful. I'll have lots of fic to read when I get back.
In the meantime, I will keep working on HWC (for those who are waiting) and another SPN I've got going. One of these days I'll get back to M&K again, too. But I'll also be working on more icons over the weekend. Not that I'll have a lot of time. I got a busy day schedule and *crosses fingers* am hoping for a busy night schedule. ;-)
I'll have one more post later today with icons. But for now, as one of two parting gifts, taken from
poisontaster:
What is your alias?
MF Luder
How did you choose it?
I needed a good name for online and everything started with X-Files for me, so when I saw Fallen Angel, Mulder's alias seemed perfect for me.
What fandoms do you write for?
Mainly Supernatural and X-Files. I have one Queer As Folk. Am working on a Once A Thief (which may never see the light of day), and a XF/West Wing crossover.
What fics are you currently working on?
Oh, God. I have...2 SPN, 4 M/K, a Krycek/other, a Krycek/Scully, the XF/WW. And then I have strong ideas for a gen CSM, a gen Krycek, and a basic concept for another SPN.
What fandom did you start in?
X-Files.
What is your deepest darkest fic-writing secret?
Uhh...I'm not sure what this means. I don't hide anything really. I explain lots in my author's notes. The only hidden thing is my real life/name.
Do you have any quirks/habits in your writing?
Haha. Definately songfic. A tendency to describe food and taste. I also seem to like long complex sentences that always look to me like they have too many commas, but aren't technically wrong.
Do you have any fanfiction pet peeves?
Bad/not labeled/unnecessary tense and/or POV changes. Bad Grammar. Lack of decent punctuation. Yeah, that's the vast majority of things. Too many he/she said and not enough descriptions of how they're saying it. Oh, and people who don't know the correct their/they're/there, your/you're usage.
Do you have an OTP?
Mulder and Krycek (though I wrote one MSR), and Sam and Dean (though I'll read other sex if it leads to them). And Vic/Mac.
If you could get someone to write a fic for you right now, who would it be?
Ugh, I certainly can't choose just one. I would have to say
poisontaster and/or
mona1347, or
la_folle_allure. All three really capture the characters and evoke a lot of emotion out of me. Not to mention the prons HOTT. :-)
If I had to choose someone to write me a M/K it would definately be Sleeps With Coyotes.
