When the Levee Breaks...

Nothing happens. That's because I wasn't too impressed with this ep. Too much angst? Am I angsted out? I think I may when it comes to these boys and the whole end of the world thing.
I liked the glimpses of Castiel we saw. how he gave just enough away to Dean that he couldn't talk about it. And then to see him let Sam out, capture Anna...is this really God telling him to do this? What exactly happened in Heaven? INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW, KRIPKE!!
I actually liked the Ruby scenes this week. I know, i'm in the minority, but I do like Ruby. I like what she adds to the mix. And I dunno, she looked pretty sexy when Sam was sucking her blood down...
As another note...anyone else thinking maybe Lucifer's First is not perse the first human he tricked into being a demon (which, ok, totally not Bible lore, Kripke! Lilith was the Night Hag, etc. She always was a demon--aka another fallen angel who joined Lucifer.), but rather his First Commander? YED wanted Sam to lead the demon apocalypse. Cassie (or whatever the demon's name from that one S3 ep where Dean and she get trapped) said Lucifer was their "God" but paralleling that with what YED said, it seems the demons may have their own Jesus, too. And that seems likely to be Sam.
Sometimes I feel like I'm watching a twisted version of Star Wars. Good vs Evil, Son vs Dad aka Brother vs Brother. It's just that ultimate battle of blood.
