mf_luder_xfOk, look, folks. I'm not into bandom and I never will be. I won't write or read the slash, and most of all, I won't listen to their music (I have this thing with whiny sounding tenors--give me an operatic bass any day), but all that being said...
The guys in these bandom bands are pretty fucking cool.
It's like the exact opposite of how I like my actors. If you've been around me long enough, you know I tend to dislike the actual actors. Frankly, the only one I've found that I truly think I'd like in person, is David Hewlett. All the rest make me want to shoot myself sometimes with various comments they make. But I love their work, their characters.
But, even though I can't keep track of the bands, much less the bandmates names...I love reading their crazy interviews and seeing them practically mack on each other. because, hey,. way to spread the love. *G*
So, either go get this month's OUT, or checkout This Post for an amusing Panic! interview. My title is from the interview and is probably the best line I have ever read in an interview. LOL
Also, if anyone has this pornomime vide where I don't have to get an account with YouTube...I really want to watch it. It sounds like total crack.
And then a random little article from MSNBC for those of us who read/write incest. Scarier in real life...and yet, almost more amusing given the circumstances. I think I've read this plotline in a few SPN, oh, and yep, even one SGA fic. Twins separated at birth meet, get married
