Evil!Cyborg!Steve
Feb. 10th, 2012 02:33 pmApparently, in X-Factor #231, on an alternate Earth, Steve is a cyborg. And evil. Cyborg!Steve comes to Tony looking for a fight. Context? Who needs it?

Avengers Super Bowl
Feb. 5th, 2012 10:15 pmWell, the game ended badly for me, so really, I appreciate this far more:

Niiiice.lol

BOYS. ♥ *flails*
In other geeky things, I was putting together my ideal Avengers football team. I'm thinking Hawkeye as QB, Tony as wide receiver, Black Widow as a running back, Thor and Steve as offensive linemen, and Hulk would basically be the entire defense but technically the defensive tackle. Thoughts? (I think Wasp would make a good running back, too, Hank maybe defensive end, Wolverine as another defensive tackle...and I don't really know where Scarlet Witch or Ms Marvel would end up. Or Spiderman.)

It's impossible to imagine waiting 3.5 more months until The Avengers comes out. I honestly might want this more than the next Star Trek. And that's saying something. But I need Tony and Steve to interact in the movie!verse I know. I've rewatched each Iron Man and Captain America in the last few days. I just clicked through The New Captain America/Iron Man Slashy Moments List for the second time and started crying at the Civil War moments. Yes, I'm a big baby who cries over comics. *wipes tears furiously* GAH.
What are you doing to tide yourself over between now and May 4th? I CAN'T STAND THE WAITING.
Marvel Ship Flailing
Nov. 18th, 2011 06:24 pmIt's strange because I don't necessarily feel the compelling urge to read Marvel comics (though part of that is the sheer amount), and I might almost call myself a DC!girl still, simply because that's what I've read. I mean, I grew up loving Superman (though, more TV/movie versions than comics), and Hellblazer and Watchmen will probably be my favorite comics for a loooong time.
Yet...I ship the HELL out of Erick and Charles (I also enjoy the X-Men in general) and Tony and Steve. I don't really ship anyone in DC verse. Well aside from the (for me) obligatory Lois and Clark. But, how can you not? Seriously, trying to figure out which couple is more gay is near impossible.
( Here, let me show you )
