Come ON, torrents work everywhere, if only you are not on dial-up. At least downloading, you might have some problems with seeding files (like I do, but that's already sharing, not d'laoding the files). Although I myself prefer to d- load files FROM someone because sometiems torrents go dead or the titles are nto correct and you get a movie in Polish instead of english. :(
Mmmm. I want smthg instrumental, so called "lounge/chill out" instrumental music. I never thought I'd listen to anything like that, but recently I gave a try to one CD from a community and now can't stop listening to it!
Btw, if you want, I can go get/search for some music from the torrents for you. I don't have to pay extra for it anyway.
