Hah. That's why I decidedI won't be actively discussing ANYTHING in any fannish community anymore. Only with the friends on my f-list. No community is immune from drama. And you can't change it, can't influence people's thinking. Sometimes I think it's because MANY of the fans (take XF or SN) are young people, like...VERY young. They can't imagine there can be more than het love (speaking of MSR) or brotherly love or that there canbe only friendship, and no love. They project themselves on the characters (which is normal), but they behave as if the only way for the character to develop mustbe THEIR way. Gah. Such narrow-mindedness.
