No, it's not for those fanvids (well, of a different type, I mean), and it's not for the Director's Cut of SPN the CW website refuses to play for me anymore. Nope, it's not even for watching stupid people do stupid tricks, quite often with their stupid animals, too.
The internet may be for porn...
...But Youtube is for Star Trek humour. No appreciation of Star Trek required within (it might even be better if you don't). Some for Monty Python will help, though.
