Bones and Heroes

Ok, so I was going to ask if this update thingy was just me, but then I saw just_like_rogue commented about it so now I know it wasn't only me at least. I already hate it. What was wrong with the old one? Everythings out of place and now I have to hunt for it. :-P

So I watched my first Bones ep tonight. David Duchovny directed, and honestly, I love his directing. Seeing him doing something that doesn't involve XF or himself...it was fabulous. The scenes where the guy(s) were being murdered...this sounds dumb, but they were my favorite parts. beautiful design and lighting, technique, etc to it.

Now about Bones and Booth. So I know they have like this Mulder/Scully chemistry, supposedly. Hmm. I'd have to disagree. I actually enjoyed David. He was good with the one liners, the looks (like with the doughnuts lol), and his delivery. The actress who plays Bones...I just wasn't impressed. I mean, she's not awful, but her emotion either didn't show or seemed forced. And they just didn't have the instant connection (though I did squee with the hug and at the end just because I'm sappy like that). But not a bad show.

I got my Advent art done and turned in!! Yay! I do prefer the first one better (you know how you can never duplicate something), but this one is not pixelized. OMG thank you foxestacado!! .png ROCKS.

And now. OMG. I don't care if you're a Heroes fan or not, but you all have to see these photo shoot scans. Milo looks amazing wet. Better than Jensen. (yes I did just say that, your point?) And look at that waist and just right below. You know how everyone 'ooo's' and 'aah's' over that TV Guide image of Jensen because of that damn fine ass? Oh yes. But here? We get to see that line NAKED on Milo. Though, as usual, I am slightly amused by the way they style Milo's hair from time to time.

And Adrian hand porn. Move over Jared! Holy fuck.
